Over the years we have become specialists in creating memorable, bespoke tailor made Wales tours for guests from all over the world. Custom Tours we have curated have ranged from one day tours for guests who have wanted a day, based on around one or two particular places in South Wales that have special meaning for them, to 16 Day Tours around the whole country.

Guests who we have curated bespoke custom tours for have ranged from those visiting Wales for the first time, to those who have been before. Guests who are visiting only Wales, and guests who are visiting Wales as part of a larger holiday around the UK & Europe. Guests who have ancestral links to Wales and want to visit where there forefathers came from. Guests who have no connection to the country at all. Guests who have wanted to see as much as possible in a short space of time time. Guests who have wanted a more leisurely visit

What is Where

When we are planning a tour, we know that it is not our holiday. We know that what we like is largely irrelevant, so we always plan our guests tours around THEIR likes and interests. What they want to see and do, and where they want to go. We feel input from our guests about how they want to spend their time is imperative to curating the perfect tour for them. It can be hard to know where to go, when you don’t know what there is to see and do, and where there is to go in a new country. The sections below give an overview of what there is to see and do in each part of the Country

Go Dolphin Spotting, visit an Ape Sanctuary or see Birds of Prey Feed. Visit underground Caves, experience deep coal mine in South Wales, or Slate Mines in North Wales. Whatever you want to do, where ever you want to go, whatever you want to see, we can plan a a Welsh Tour just for you.

What ever your interests are, you will be able to indulge in them in Wales, and we can build a tour around those interests. Whether you want your Welsh Tour to be one day, two days, 3 days, or two weeks. However long you are spending in Wales, and however you want to spend that time, we can plan a bespoke custom tour for you.

Half Day (Up to 4 Hours) Tour

For when you don’t have much time, or have a few hours to fill.

Perfect for visiting just a few places around Cardiff

Full Day (Up to 8 Hours) Tour

A Full Day Tour of up to Eight Hours Exploring South Wales.

Long Day (up to 10 Hours) Tour

A Long Day Tour is up to Ten Hours, giving you more time to see more of South Wales.

Extended Day (up to 12 Hours) Tour

If Ten Hours isn’t long enough, we offer Twelve hour tours.

These allow time to travel further and see more of Wales, or spend more time at each stop. Or both

Multi-Day

When one day isn’t enough, we are available for multi day tours.

On a multi tour, days are usually around 8 hours each. They can either all start from Cardiff, or we can take you around Wales spending one or more nights in each location, before moving on to a new location in Wales.

Evening (Up to 6 Hours) Tour

We also provide Evening Tours. Whether you want to watch a Male Voice Choir Rehearse, or do something in the evening, or even if you just have one night in Cardiff. We can plan an evening tour for you of up to 6 hours, starting after 4:00pm, and ending by Midnight

Choose the duration of your tour, select the date you would like your tour to begin, and we will be in touch within 48 Hours (usually 12 hours) to begin planning your tour.

Custom Ten Day Tour

David James hosted us in Wales for 11 days by driving us on a sightseeing adventure. His historical knowledge of the 19 castles we saw was exceptional. We also stopped at an Iron Age exhibit & a copper mine. Dave took us to the cemeteries to find where great grandparents were buried & even drove by some of their former residences! His attention to detail was exceptional & he fulfilled our request to become familiar with Welsh history.

Cardiff City Tour

Our guide David James was prompt and very knowledgeable about Cardiff – history as well as sights of interest! The two-hour city tour was well planned and the four of us could hear his comments easily throughout the tour as we rode comfortably throughout Cardiff. Custom Day Tour

Dave coordinated with us extensively for weeks before our arrival to customize our itinerary. He picked us up at the train station in Newport and gave us a tour of the Wye Valley with a carefully selected list of places to see. At each stop, he’d wait for us to take our time exploring each location before moving on to the next stop. It was very nice to go at our own pace

Wye Valley Tour

A day trip to the Wye Valley and Monmouthshire with four fascinating visits: Chepstow Castle (a well-preserved old medieval castle with stunning views over the Wye), the impressive Tintern Abbey, the Tudor manor house at Raglan, and the Roman ruins of Caerleon.
