Bookings placed made more than 1 calendar month in advance with a value above £450
£450 or 25% non refundable deposit (whichever is higher)  payable within 7 days of the booking being made. Balance payable no less than 15 days before the booking / start of tour

Bookings made 1 calendar month or less in advance;
Payment in full within 7 days of booking being made, but no less than 48 hours of booking taking place if fixed fee transfer or set tour tour.
Payment in full within 7 days of booking being made but no less than 8 days before for all other bookings
